AUSTRIA. Taler, 1711. Hall Mint. Joseph I (1705-11). PCGS MS-64.
Dav-1018; KM-1438.3; Vogl-245/II. A beautiful example of a classic style European Crown. Fine detail has been rendered throughout the curling coiffure of the Emperor's wig and the reverse arms with only the very highest points of relief not full struck up. Deeply toned throughout with underlying luster still making itself known with strong multi-hued highlights in the peripheries and protected areas. Worthy of its high grade with no signs of handling to be found and completely original surfaces. Tied with three other pieces as the finest certified. PCGS MS-64.
Estimate: $1200.00- $1600.00
