Maximilian (The King of the Romans) armored and brandishing sword atop ship, arms of Austria-Burgundy on mast; Reverse: Floriate cross, "M" in center, crowns in angles. A gorgeous example with a tremendous design, a truly superb piece which will likely take a place of honor in the next collection it resides within. Sharply struck and highly lustrous. An excellent and highly desirable example of pre-1500 dated gold coinage. NGC MS-62.
