BELGIUM. 5 Franc Pattern Struck in Copper, 1832. NGC PROOF-65 BN.
KM-unlisted; Dupriez-5. Coin rotation with inscribed edge. Exquisitely preserved with glossy undisturbed fields giving fully mint sheen when rotated. Needle sharp devices. A few light signs of handling can be found around the rim under very close scrutiny but the piece is so strikingly lovely when first observed they are of little significance. Toned a pleasing mahogany with attractive royal blue hues seen glowing from the devices when rotated in the light. NGC PROOF-65 BN.
