CHINA. Four Piece Pagodas Silver Medals Set, ND (1984). NGC PROOF-68 to 69 ULTRA CAMEO.
Cheng-pg. 25 #2/5. A set which has higher graded examples than is commonly seen for this set which has a mintage of only 1,000 sets. There is a bit of light toning beginning on the rim and some of the peripheral devices on the pieces but otherwise they are completely lustrous with hard mirror fields and lovely contrasted devices. The Songyue Temple piece is graded one point lower than the rest. All with the ULTRA CAMEO designation. NGC PROOF-68 to 69 ULTRA CAMEO.
