KM-89; Restrepo-type 158 #4. Short lived three year type of which this year of issue is all too often found with a Philippines countermark applied. This fresh unfettered example has somehow escaped circulation or rough handling and stands as a lovely example. Some areas of weakness to strike but loaded with original luster and only sustaining minimal small bag marks. Lightly toned with some deeper colors beginning around devices. Tied with two other examples in this grade (one of which is the overdate variety) with only two examples graded finer. NGC MS-63.
