Dav-2792; KM-77; Friderich-1413. Struck to commemorate the 50th year of Christian Ernst I in office. Incredibly well preserved showing no marks or signs of handling. Handsome old toning pervades the entire surface sporting a dusty violet color through the fields and central devices while the outer legends show flashing luster under royal blue and golden hues. Tied with one other piece as the finest graded and destined for a collection of other high grade talers. NGC MS-64.
