HUNGARY. Crowns & Minors, 16th to 17th Century. FINE to EXTREMELY FINE.
Approximately 220 pieces in lot. An exciting offering of classic silver coinage representing nearly every ruler from the ascribed centuries with Ferdinand II being the only one absent. Kings from Ferdinand I to Leopold I all have multiple denominations offered and all but Maximillian II include at least one Taler. Several earlier 16th century rulers also have coins present in the form of many small silver Denars and billon Obuli. The larger pieces show some cleaning or tooling but are mostly wholesome if circulated, several of the smaller pieces show PVC from long storage in plastic flips. A lot with much to explore and closer inspection will yield results to interested bidders. Retail value around $3,000. SOLD AS IS/NO RETURNS. FINE to EXTREMELY FINE.

From the Mezo-Toth Kalman Collection.

Estimate: $1400.00- $1800.00
