MEXICO. 8 Escudos, 1741-MF. Philip V (1700-46). NGC AU-58.
Fr-8; KM-148; Cal-Type 28 #135. Struck with mildly aging dies, light adjustment marks on reverse. Light brush of handling wear to cheek but with no detracting marks of contact or handling and accurate to the assigned grade. Nearly full remaining luster which remains especially strong in the peripheries where it illuminates some dusty orange toning which has begun. A very nice example of this popular type. NGC AU-58.
