MEXICO. Empire of Iturbide. 8 Reales, 1822-JM. NGC AU-58.
KM-306.1. Divided legend. Very close to uncirculated with just a light brush of wear to the cheek and eagle's leg. A very handsome example sporting deep toning and subdued luster throughout. Small rim cud at nine o'clock on obverse which makes sense as some die wear can be observed in the hair of the bust. A few light contact marks, none of which make themselves known. Quite attractive and very difficult to locate in this high grade. NGC AU-58.
