Fr-63; KM-148.3. Attractive high grade example bearing mint fresh surfaces packed with luster. Struck with slightly rusty dies giving some roughness to central devices but this aside quite sharply struck with bold definition in outer legends. With only trivial bag marks which are practically indiscernible to the naked eye due to the high luster present. Some light orange toning present near rim and in legends. Tied with four other pieces as the finest certified. NGC MS-62.
