Dav-1648; KM-130.3; Bit-192; Dia-1. RARE variety with "H" on sleeve and large ribbon in hair. Circulated but wholesome example with no detracting heavy contact marks or rim bumps. The beginnings of planchet laminations on reverse as made and none are severe. Light gray toning and quite pleasing for the type. Good eye appeal with claims to a higher grade. NGC FINE-15.
