Dia-1352.1. Conjoined busts of Alexander I and Nicholas II left, legend around; Reverse: Seated Athena Pallas holding lance and shield, semi-naked youth holding sword and wreath to left, three line inscription above. Originally established as the Ministry of ground armed forces in 1802 taking over the responsibility for the College of War. It was renamed Ministry of War in 1815 and lasted until the revolution of 1917. Attractive matte finish with dark appealing tone. PCGS MS-63 Secure Holder.
