Fr-502; KM-39; HMZ-2-1193a; Divo-291. One year issue with a mintage of only 5,000 pieces, surprising for a large size gold piece of that era. A very attractive design which is always in demand. Exquisite execution with beautiful silken orange gold surfaces and full satin mint bloom throughout. A few tiny contact marks which could be counted on one hand. Currently in the fourth tier of finest graded examples but with plenty of potential to move up as it is currently housed in an old green label PCGS holder. PCGS MS-65.
