A very rare Specimen and the first we have offered for the type. The First issue Specimen is much more common and has been offered publicly numerous times before. This note is seen with Printer's Annotations, some foreign substances, and an all over charcoal-like dirt that darkens the note. The full detail including the "SPECIMEN" and red "TDLR" overprints are still seen. Very Good.
