'Jerusalem' (PaleoHebrew), tetrastyle façade of the Temple of Jerusalem; show bread table or Ark of the Covenant in chest form with semicircular lid and short legs, seen from a narrow side. Rev. 'Year two of the freedom of Israel' (Paleo-Hebrew), lulav with etrog at left. (Mildenberg 9.8 (O1/R8; this coin); TJC 229; Hendin 1385). Rare - only ten specimens cited by Mildenberg. The cover coin from Bromberg II, and overstruck on a tetradrachm of Nero from Antioch. Toned. Superb extremely fine.
