WORLD COINS, GREAT BRITAIN, William & Mary, (1689-1694). Tin Farthing, 1690. Copper plug at centre. Second conjoined laureate and draped busts right, GVLIELMVS ET MARIA. Rev. Britannia seated on globe with spear, shield and spray of leaves, date below in exergue, BRITANNIA, edge inscribed and dated in raised letters NVMMOMRVM**FAMVLVS.1690*. (Peck 579 R; S 3451). Considerable original lustre both sides, a few small corrosion spots each side and some on edge, otherwise pleasing example. Extremely rare this well preserved. Extremely fine.
