Doge kneels before St Mark. Rev. Legend in six lines, MDLXXI / ANNO MAGNæ / NAVALIS / VICTORIÆ DEI / GRA CONTRA / TVRCAS. (CNI VII, 428/239; Paolucci 52, R3). With contemporary gilding, now toned, especially so on the reverse, trace of the removal of a mount from top edge. Extremely rare. Very fine.
