Original silver nut. Comes with Orders Book, issued to Stepanov I.I. on May 4, 1940. This is the only decoration listed. Also, comes with Certificate of Authenticity from P. McDaniel, 5 out of 10 condition rating. Rare. Condition: Enamel replaced on 7 o'clock ray, excellent vintage condition otherwise
