Brazil Republica dos Estados Unidos do Brazil 50 Mil Reis ND (ca. 1900) Pick UNL5fp; bp Proof Models. Each Proof Model has printed main design features and ornamentation. They also have many measurements delineated in millimeters along drawn lines. There are a few handwritten printer's annotations on each, too. Both are PMG graded with the face coming in at Choice Extremely Fine 45 and the back is right on its heels with a grade of Extremely Fine 40. Overall, they are both a great study in the early life of a bank note design.
