DC-17b $4 1902. At PMG Very Fine 30 EPQ, this note that has the appearance of a higher grade, is the second highest graded DC-17b to be in our auctions. We auctioned this note previously in September 2013 where it brought just shy of $5000. This was the last of the $4 denominations printed. Overall, high grade examples are very limited in number, with just one piece reported in Uncirculated and four in AU.
