While we have had our share of proofs from this 1891 issue, this is the first specimen, single or pair, we have been able to offer. The proofs of 1891, and the specimens as well, are popular items as the issued notes for this series are virtually non-collectable. Excellent color and wide margins are the traits of this uncut pair graded PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 Net with minor traces of a previous mounting. 2 POCs.
