Colombia El Banco de la Republica 10 Pesos Oro 1.1.1928 Pick UNL Face and Back Specimens. The date for these uniface Thomas de la Rue Specimens is not listed in the Krause reference. Both Specimens have been mounted in recessed card stock and constructed with the help of gluing many of the design elements. A TDLR rubber stamping is found on the back of the face, while both card stock backs display pencil writing. These examples grade Choice Crisp Uncirculated with minor light staining from the adhesive. These pieces were once tape together, but the taping has since failed. Information from our consignor states, "probably unique." There will be no returns on this lot for any reason.
