Iraq Government of Iraq 1/4 Dinar 1931 ND (1942) Pick 16a. A scarce small denomination with this example grading PMG About Uncirculated 50, ink lightened, which is in reference to the faint "one dollar..." that was penned in the watermark window. We also still see paper originality with the help of the light handling through the third party holder. This number is most commonly seen in Very Fine and lower grades. The Pick number on the PMG holder is incorrect, and may be rectified by the time of the auction.
