Italy Banca d'Italia 50000 Lire 4.2.1974 Pick 99c. Leonardo da Vinci appears on the face of this broadly margined, wonderfully embossed high denomination issue. We sold an identically graded example for a few months ago in September 2016 for $2350, and we see no reason as to why this note cannot realize a similar figure. PCGS Gem New 66 PPQ.
