Panama Banco Central de Emission 1 Balboa 1941 Pick 22s Specimen. The first Specimen that we have been able to auction on this short-lived design that was printed by Hamilton Bank Note. It is a desireable note with ideal inks. PMG has graded only two Pick 22s examples and they are both 64's. The Net grade is for minor rust, which is an overstatement.
