Reunion Institut d'Emission des Departements d'Outre Mer 10 Nouveaux Francs / 500 Francs ND (1971) Pick 54b. The old 500 Franc notes were overprinted as 10 Nouveaux Franc issues around 1971. This note makes lavish use of pastel colors and is printed on beautiful bright paper. PMG has accordingly awarded it a well-earned grade of Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ.
