Venezuela Banco Caracas 400 Bolivares ND (ca. 1890) Pick S138pp Progressive Proof. This progressive proof gives collectors an early look at this very attractive design's early stages. These notes would have been prepared right after each individual piece from the vignette to the borders were selected and "pasted up", and represents the first time all these elements come together on a single printing plate.
