Venezuela Banco de Maracaibo 500 Bolivares ND (ca. 1926) Pick S229p Face and Back Proofs. Keen collectors will note that this design was almost directly adapted from the old 400 Bolivares note, with the exception of the updated denomination. It seems like as other banks issued denominations in 500 and 1000 Bolivares, the Banco de Maracaibo also decided to fall in line. Both the face and back are PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
