Venezuela Banco de Venezuela 1000 Bolivares ND (ca. 1890) Pick S265p Face and Back Proofs. Brilliant colors are seen on this high denomination design featuring the Liberator Simon Bolivar. These two designs represented the last stages of the design process, before Specimens were printed. No stamps are seen on these unblemished designs. Six POCs are seen in the signature area of the face. Both examples are graded a lofty PMG Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ.
