Venezuela Banco de Venezuela 100 Bolivares 1931-39 Pick 313s Specimen. A red specimen overprint and three punch out cancellations appear on this 100 Bolivares specimen. We sold another identically graded example back in January 2015 for $646, and we have every reason to believe this PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ example could achieve a similar figure.
