Spain Banco de Espana 1 Peseta 4.9.1940 Pick 122a and 5 Pesetas 4.9.1940 Pick 123a. A pair of small change notes issued shortly after the end of the Spanish Civil War. The 5 Pesetas note, though still printed in Germany, now carries the official Madrid place of issue. The 1 Peseta note is PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ and the 5 Pesetas is PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.
