Thailand Military Payment Certificate $10 ND (1970) Pick M23a. Excellent colors remain on this MPC issued for the Thai army during the Vietnam War. These were used in conjunction with American MPCs, and served to prevent dollarization of the economy and other black market activities. The lithographed colors remain bright on the relatively stainless paper. Some edge damage is noted. PMG Very Fine 25.
