The 1795 Liberty and Security halfpenny exists in two die marriages and four edge varieties. Baker-31A is regarded as very scarce. This Select example is toned medium brown with hints of apple-green across the legends. Marks are minimal overall, and the strike shows blending on the eagle's breast and the lined portion of the shield. Listed on page 86 of the 2017 Guide Book.
