1856 1C Slanted 5, N-2, R.1, MS64+ Red and Brown PCGS. CAC. Grellman Die State d. Faint peripheral obverse die cracks allow attribution of this lustrous and lovely large cent. Closer to Red than Brown, although the open fields have mellowed slightly. The strike is crisp except on the upper stars. Marks are absent except on the top of Liberty's neck. Our EAC grade MS64.
