Lincoln Cents
1909-S 1C VDB MS65 Red PCGS. This is a strongly defined Gem example of the widely heralded key to the ever-popular Lincoln cent series (484,000 coins). Aside from a few dark specks scattered across the obverse, both sides exude delicate amber-gold coloration and radiant mint luster. The all-important VDB initials are clear, and we note a minor planchet irregularity near PL in PLURIBUS.
