1864 2C Large Motto MS66+ Red PCGS. CAC. The first-year 1864 Large Motto two cent was clearly saved to some degree, as examples are readily obtainable in MS65 Red condition. Premium Gems are decidedly scarce, and coins are nearly impossible to find in MS67. This impressive example showcases delightful pumpkin-gold coloration with a few carbon specks on the reverse. The motifs are almost fully impressed, aside from the top of IN GOD. Population: 63 in 66 (2 in 66+) Red, 2 finer. CAC: 15 in 66, 0 finer (11/16).
