1864 3CS MS66 PCGS. Gorgeously toned in autumn-gold, lime-green, and fire-red. The borders exhibit the deeper colors. Well struck and shimmering with an immaculate appearance. The obverse is boldly clashed. A mere 12,000 pieces were struck of this scarce issue. Population: 19 in 66 (1 in 66+), 12 finer (10/16).
