1867 5C No Rays PR66 Cameo PCGS. The 1867 No Rays is elusive in Premium Gem Cameo and nearly unobtainable any finer; PCGS and NGC have graded only 42 coins in PR66 Cameo and a mere three finer. Sharply struck, frosty, silvery devices stand out against the gray mirrored fields. A few trivial light marks on the shield are within the parameters of the PR66 classification. Population: 30 in 66 (3 in 66+) Cameo, 1 finer (11/16).
