1890 5C MS66 PCGS. CAC. Variegated iridescent toning adorns highly lustrous and pleasing surfaces that shimmer with mint luster on both sides of the coin. Tan, sky-blue, amber, and rose are among the colors that help to ensure the eye appeal of this noteworthy Premium Gem. Softly struck on the reverse left ear of corn, and also on some of the obverse stars, but this piece is well detailed in the centers. The glowing, matte-like surfaces seem pristine. Population: 24 in 66 (7 in 66+), 1 finer. CAC: 9 in 66, 0 finer (10/16).
