1912-S 5C MS65+ PCGS. Uncommonly attractive and lustrous for a 1912-S nickel, this example displays bluish-gray toning with lilac and golden-rose highlights. The strike is moderately strong on both sides, with only slight weakness at the forecurls and at the lower wreath. A fine pinscratch is noted from star 4 to the nose, which crosses a noticeable bulge in the left obverse field. Population: 80 in 65+, 50 finer (10/16).
