Seated Half Dimes
1846 H10C VF30 PCGS. Just 27,000 pieces were struck, making the 1846 the most challenging Seated half dime issue until the Civil War years. This moderately worn example displays old-silver toning (deeply toned fields, lighter silver-gray on the high points) and sharp definition for the assigned grade. Few pieces are finer in any grade. Population: 10 in 30, 28 finer (10/16).
