Barber Dimes
1901-S 10C MS66 PCGS. The 1901-S Barber dime is firmly established as one of a series of key dates within the Barber dime set, many of them having mintages below 1 million coins -- 593,022 pieces, in the case of this issue. Particularly at the Premium Gem level and above, the 1901-S becomes quite scarce. This rose-gray PCGS example offers good eye appeal and no mentionable marks. The reverse is well-struck, although the central top portrait is a touch weak. Housed in a green label holder. Population: 7 in 66, 5 finer (11/16).
