Proof Barber Dimes
1908 10C PR67 Cameo PCGS. The 1908 has the fourth lowest mintage (545 pieces) in the proof Barber dime series (excluding the branch-mint proof 1894-S), trailing only the 1911, 1914, and 1915. Of the 203 1908 proof submissions seen by PCGS, only 33 (16 percent) display a cameo finish. The present silver-gray Superb Gem Cameo exhibits moderate contrast, is boldly struck, and has impeccably preserved surfaces. This is a great piece for the proof Barber dime specialist. Population: 8 in 67 (2 in 67+) Cameo, 0 finer (11/16).
