Seated Quarters
1878-CC 25C MS64 NGC. The 1878 Bland-Allison Act compelled unprecedented mintages of silver dollars. The branch mints abandoned Seated coinage to strike the Morgan design. Nonetheless, Carson City managed to coin close to 1,000,000 quarters that year. This is a lustrous and sharply struck near-Gem with dusky russet-brown toning across the reverse periphery and most of the obverse.
