1890 25C MS66 PCGS. Briggs 2-B. The 1890 has a mintage of 80,000 pieces. While a low figure, it was the largest production of quarters at the Philadelphia Mint since the advent of the Morgan dollar in 1878. This well preserved Premium has a forest-green obverse and a predominantly orange-gold reverse. Population: 24 in 66 (1 in 66+), 25 finer (11/16).
