Seated Quarters
1891-O 25C MS63 PCGS. The 1891-O is the only post-Civil War Seated Liberty quarter struck at the New Orleans Mint. Only 68,000 pieces were produced, and Mint State examples are rare. This Select coin displays a bold strike with faint clash marks and reflective prooflike fields. Dusky champagne interiors cede to lavender, blue, and mint-green around the borders. Eye appeal surpasses expectations for the grade. Only light hairlines in the mirrored fields limit the numeric designation. Population: 3 in 63, 4 finer (11/16).
