1913 25C MS65 PCGS. This Gem 1913 Barber quarter is conditionally scarce and is among the finer examples of the issue that can be obtained by budget-conscious collectors. The surfaces are frosty and well-preserved with soft champagne toning overall. The eagle's right (facing) wing junction is a trifle soft, but the remaining design elements are boldly defined. Population: 31 in 65 (1 in 65+), 10 finer (11/16).
