1893 25C PR66 NGC. CAC. The obverse on its own would likely garner a Cameo designation, mostly a highly reflective silver-white piece in the fields with fully frosted ivory-white devices complementing rim accents of cobalt-blue and amber. The reverse is a much deeper color, olive-green with tinges of blue. The strike is full throughout, but there is minimal reflectivity on the reverse. Census: 52 in 66 (1 in 66★), 30 finer. CAC: 8 in 66, 11 finer (11/16).
