Standing Liberty Quarters
1917-D 25C Type Two MS66 Full Head PCGS. The 1917-D Type Two is the first issue in the series (save for the 1916) that is significantly elusive in high grade Full Head. This Gem displays frosty original mint luster with dusky champagne toning. Liberty's head is sharp, although the shield rivets are not fully defined. A few trivial surface grazes are not out of line for the grade. Population: 26 in 66 (3 in 66+) Full Head, 3 finer (11/16).
