Standing Liberty Quarters
1918-D 25C MS66 Full Head PCGS. This is an outstanding example, well-preserved with glistening champagne luster and complete head detail. The shield rivets, the central gown folds, and the leading edge of the eagle's left (facing) wing show trivial softness, as is characteristic of the issue. The 1918-D Standing Liberty quarter is rarely seen in high-grade Full Head, making this Premium Gem an important acquisition for the series specialist. Finer examples are almost unknown. Population: 31 in 66 (4 in 66+) Full Head, 1 finer (10/16).
